Change of seasons in HCMC
The winds shifted two days ago to now be out of the southwest, the direction of the annual monsoon winds. For the past six months, the winds have been from the east.
The shift this year is occurring 21 days earlier than last year, so we are going to get an early start on the rainy season this year.

So you are not giving my 'shedding dog' any credit for predicting the change of seasons??? :-) She is now 2 for 2 :-)
The rainstorm after lunch caused a huge leak in my computer lab. I will add a posting later.

Ah, the weather authority has spoken. Any predictions from Mel's Farmer's Almanac this year?

I've always wondered why it is so because there's nothing except the Pacific on the eastern side. On the western side, there's at least some land.
